Alexandre Lacazette has been one of Arsenal’s best players in recent months.
The Frenchman has been in great form even though he has a contract that expires at the end of this season.
The former Lyonnais will captain the club until the end of this campaign before deciding his future.
It is still unclear if Arsenal want him to stay beyond, but he has done well enough to attract clubs from outside the Emirates.
Fichajes.net report that at least two clubs want to sign him when he becomes a free agent.
The report claims West Ham and Lyon are both interested.
Lyon were looking to strike a deal for their former top scorer, but David Moyes’ Hammers are also loving what they’ve seen from him recently.
The English club will be looking to give him a deal to move across town and join their team.
Just the opinion of Arsenal
If Lacazette has been playing for a new contract for the past few months, it’s hard to say he hasn’t done enough.
He may not score many goals, but he’s one of our most important attacking players.
His holding game helps the club create chances and gives freedom to other attacking players to score.
It would be great to keep him, but for now we hope he continues to perform well and helps us finish in the top four.
