Inter have been fined €20,000 by UEFA for events in the first leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie with Liverpool at the San Siro.
This according to the Italian media FCInterNewswhich report that the Nerazzurri are facing fines for fan fireworks during the game as well as blocking some exits in the stadium.
The atmosphere at San Siro during Liverpool’s Champions League visit was predictably intense, although in some respects the behavior of some supporters breached UEFA regulations.
