Both Barca and Tottenham plan to move quickly to targets as soon as the season ends…
RAPHINHA BARCA READY OFFERS
Barcelona have a keen eye on the Premier League relegation fight as they are determined to strengthen their forward line…
The Catalans are known to want to sign Raphinha from Leeds. If Jesse Marsch’s side were the team to enter the league, Barca believe they can save a few pounds.
The telegraph says Barca are ready to act quickly at the end of the season for the Brazilian, with two offers lined up. The former, should Leeds fall, would be slightly above the £25m release clause that would become active if Leeds finish in the bottom three. If Leeds survive, Barca will have a higher offer waiting to be faxed to Elland Road.
Personal terms shouldn’t be a problem, as it was reported in late March that Raphinha had already signed a five-year contract at Camp Nou.
Barca are on the hunt for a winger as they prepare to send Adama Traore back to Wolves. fabrice romano says the La Liga giants have no interest in accepting their option to make the Spanish aviator’s loan move permanent for £25.3m and would only consider a deal which involves a swap deal.

SARR OFFERED TO TOON
Another winger up for grabs is Ismaila Sarr. Apparently, Newcastle have been offered the chance to sign the Watford star…
With the Hornets destined for a return to the Championship, Sarr is looking for a way out at Vicarage Road. Liverpool were known to be interested, as they were at Raphinha, before signing Luis Diaz in January. Which seems to be working pretty well for everyone involved..
So Sarr is offered around the other heavy hitters in the Premier League. FootballTransfers says Newcastle were made aware of the Mali star’s situation during a meeting with his agent in London last month. Sarr’s agent Saif Rubie also represents Antonio Rudiger but the Chelsea defender is linked with Real Madrid.
SPURS EYE SPORTING STAR
A few lines around Tottenham this morning…
The first comes from Portugal, where Journal de Noticias says Spurs plan to make an offer this month for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Palhinha.
The 26-year-old defensive midfielder has scored three goals in 37 appearances in all competitions this season. Palhinha also has 12 caps for Portugal after making his international debut last year.
Spurs have also learned how much it will cost them to land Stefan de Vrij.
Antonio Conte is keen to reunite with the Inter Milan defender, who is also a target for Newcastle and Villa.
Football Insider says Inter are looking for around £15m for the 30-year-old centre-back, who will enter the final year of his contract at San Siro this month.
